My Story

Aged 62, after a career helping mothers and babies over four decades, Jenny Jones was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. So began Jenny’s journey of drinking breast milk along with the medication her doctor prescribed to treat her cancer. Jenny has always been fascinated with the biochemistry of breastmilk. She understands the amazing components that make up breastmilk and completely believes that breastmilk and these properties will help fight her cancer.

Jenny’s long-standing career as a midwife and lactation consultant gave her this unique understanding of the properties of breast milk that could change the way her body fought her disease. Jenny swilled this liquid gold down, mentally thanking the wonderful women who donated it and visualised the milk attacking the cancer cells.

Now 7 years on, Jenny is fit, healthy and her disease, as the doctors say, has not progressed and Jenny continues to be symptom free. She travels the world with her partner, Bob and has now documented her journey in this book for all to read and learn from.

Jenny has lovingly worked on this book to share her story of bravery, courage and of course her unwavering determination to change the world’s view on breastmilk.

My goal is to have donor milk for sick adults and children become a viable option that the majority of people can understand and relate to. The “Yuk” factor needs to go as more is understood about taking donor breastmilk then we can go forward helping sick people to improve their quality of life as I have.”
